Non-Custom orders typically take on average 3 business days to create and ship. Custom and/or personalized orders ships typically 3-12 business days.
Although there is no additional charge for you to custom build your blanket, it may take up to 12 business days to complete.
Any non-personalized item(s) may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the item has not been used. You must call for authorization. Returns must be received within 14 days of the authorization. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a refund for embroidered items.
Our standard shipping is through Fed Ex Home Delivery. This usually takes 1-5 business days based on distance to destination. Shipping through Fed Ex allows for tracking. You will receive an email once your package has shipped providing you include an email address. Please be sure that the "ship to" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
All of our products will come complete with tissue and ribbon at no additional charge.
Sales tax is regulated differently by each state. Sales taxes appled to any order are determined by the address that you provide when you use Google Checkout.

Each item is "perfectly imperfect" meaning, hand made with loving care. It is also important to realize that the colors represented on the website and the product you receive could vary, either due to the computer monitor and/or the fact that there could be color variations in the dying process of the fabrics themselves.
